Bootcamp is a great jump start into CrossFit workouts in a dynamic, positive, supportive, non-intimidating atmosphere complete with built-in accountability and high energy coaching. Boot camp wods are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in a short time with notable results. These fat shredding workouts are held both indoors and outdoors and are made up of running, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, jump rope and functional movements. Bootcamp program is appropriate for beginner levels as well as experienced and advanced athletes of all age ranges. All will experience a challenging, functional motivating and fun workout experience. Expect to see gains in necessary skills, agility and coordination, balance, improved speed, jumping performance, strength, power and endurance. Additionally, loss of body fat and inches and greater mobility and flexibility.
Boot Camp is an ideal training regiment for those looking to participate in obstacle races or challenges, pt testing for fireman, law enforcement officers and special agents.
